This position involves caring for a woman, aged 57, weighing 70 kg, and 160 cm tall, with slight mobility limitations. Diagnoses: incontinence and mild mental impairment following a measles infection. Physically, she requires only minimal assistance. The senior wears diapers and needs help with changing them and partial assistance with toileting. Care also includes toilet training (reminders and practice). In the morning, joint preparation and accompaniment during breakfast are necessary, as well as supervision to ensure she leaves the house clean and well-groomed. Additional tasks include meal preparation, joint shopping and cooking, laundry care, and maintaining the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Responsibilities also include doctor visits and leisure activities such as walks, painting, creative work, baking, reading, playing games, and light exercises. Night work is not required, lifting is unnecessary, and no aids are used. The household consists of 4 people. The role also involves managing the household for another person, with caregiving conducted in cooperation with another caregiver in the house. The workplace is located in Aachen (postal code 52066), a large city. Accommodation is in a family house with an area of 260 m². The caregiver has access to a guest room approximately 25 m² in size, with internet available. There is a dog in the household. Free time is arranged by agreement, with the possibility of 2 half days off by arrangement.
