She has mild dementia, with symptoms varying according to her current condition. She moves with the help of a rollator or cane, and incontinence occurs only rarely. At night, she can independently go to the toilet with the help of a rollator or cane.

The job responsibilities include assistance with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene and showering (particularly washing and drying her back), meal preparation, household management, joint walks, and routine household tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, watering plants, and small shopping errands.

The most important task for the caregiver is **the precise administration of medication for Parkinson's disease**. Medications are administered daily at **06:00, 07:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00, and 21:00**. The senior has reminders set on her mobile phone, but when alone, she might confuse or take the medications all at once. Therefore, diligent supervision is necessary. Ideally, she should visit the toilet at 06:00 before receiving the first medication.
During the day, it is advisable to engage the senior appropriately and spend time with her. In the evening, it is necessary to monitor her fluid intake, ensuring that after 18:00, she drinks only the essential amount of fluids along with her medications. This usually allows her to sleep through the night.
Occasionally, a so-called **"attack" of Parkinson's disease** may occur, during which the senior suddenly weakens, needs to lie down, and rests or sleeps for approximately one to two hours. After these difficulties subside, she returns to her usual daily routine.
The household is equipped with all necessary aids – a rollator, wheelchair, cane, and soon an electric adjustable bed. The caregiver can use an Econelo electric scooter, electric bicycle, and a regular bicycle.

The family is very accommodating and supportive.

An elderly gentleman aged 81 (70 kg, 170 cm) lives alone in a family house in the village of Gunzenhausen. Accompanying him on walks with the wheelchair, small household activities, and daily routines is expected. A driver's license is required for shopping and accompanying him to medical appointments. Night work is not required.

The household is maintained: a cleaner and gardener visit once a week. The caregiver has access to a newly renovated room with a balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, and a private parking space. The house has an area of 170 m² and a garden with an area of 1500 m².

Free time is regularly guaranteed: daily from 13:30 to 16:00, and in the evening after dinner until the senior is put to bed (approximately 21:00–21:30). The caregiver is responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, routine errands, daily structure, companionship, and accompanying to medical appointments, while medication is prepared by the daughter. Night work is not required. Available facilities include a commode chair, adjustable bed, wheelchair, and rollator. Accommodation is in an older house in the village of Muggensturm, with the caregiver having a private room with a kitchen, shower, and Wi-Fi, and time off is negotiable.

She has limited mobility and uses a wheelchair or is bedridden. She suffers from cancer with neurological consequences. She enjoys going for walks in her wheelchair. Assistance is also needed with meal preparation, shopping, and complete household care, including maintenance for another person in the household, her husband. We are looking for a caregiver for an 84-year-old client living independently in Gäufelden. The client suffers from dementia, early-stage Parkinson's, and has impaired hearing despite using a hearing aid. She uses a wheelchair but is able to move around the house without a walker. She requires assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and toilet hygiene. Assistance with feeding and household chores is required if necessary. The caregiver should have basic communication skills in German, be a non-smoker, and actively assist in the household and provide companionship to the client. A private room with full amenities and high-speed internet is available. Nighttime vigilance is not required.
