A caregiver is sought for an 81-year-old woman living in the village of Weiler near Bingen am Rhein (55411), who relies on a walker. The client weighs 70 kg, is 172 cm tall, and suffers from Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (under medical supervision) and bipolar disorder (stabilized with treatment). She recently underwent cataract surgery and currently has impaired vision.
The caregiver will provide regular household support, assist with shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry care, as well as accompany the client on short walks, doctor visits, and other activities. The senior is capable of dressing herself and managing her own toilet and personal hygiene, so direct assistance is not required for these tasks. The role involves daily support and accompaniment of the client, with no need for night shifts or lifting.
Caregiver requirements: good knowledge of German, a driver's license is mandatory, car available (automatic or manual), a positive attitude towards elderly individuals, flexibility, and the ability to patiently support the client in daily activities.
The client lives alone in a family house (200 m²) with a guest room measuring 22 m², which has its own entrance, bathroom, TV, desk, and internet and Wi-Fi access. The caregiver shares visits with the client's daughters. There are leisure activity options in the vicinity, which can be arranged individually.

Client, 92 years old, 95 kg and 165 cm, lives in her daughter's house, who resides in the same house in a separate apartment; the caregiver has access to a guest room, internet, and there is a large calm dog in the household. The client is entirely dependent on assistance for dressing, hygiene, toileting, standing, and walking, uses a wheelchair, and full transfer and a bed lift are used for mobility. She suffers from moderate dementia/Alzheimer's, weak short-term memory function, fluctuating orientation, general senile weakness, and pituitary insufficiency (a weakening of the pituitary gland that requires medication, as otherwise, the body lacks salts and hormones, which can lead to coma), requiring regular medication. She is kind, needs supervision with medication, meal provision, motivation, help with household tasks, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Night work is not necessary, as she sleeps through the night. A lady visits daily for 6 hours, engaging in activities such as crafting, reading, playing music, and sometimes cooking together. A good knowledge of the German language is required, smoking is allowed only outside, a driver's license is not needed, and time off is negotiable.

Caregiving for an Elderly Couple in Würselen (52146). The female senior is 88 years old (48 kg, 160 cm), suffers from dementia, arthrosis, and is wheelchair-bound after a pulmonary embolism. She is incontinent, nearly blind (has only tunnel vision after a stroke), still recognizes people but is disoriented in time and space. The male senior is 92 years old, is nearly deaf, suffers from severe arthrosis, and uses a cane. He is independent, still drives and shops, only occasionally needs reminders to change clothes. No night work is required.
The job involves complete care for the female senior – assistance with hygiene, dressing, toileting, transfers, household management, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. The male senior only requires help with household tasks and general companionship. The family lives outside the home but regularly visits to help, especially with the garden. It is a great advantage if the caregiver enjoys gardening.
The caregiver resides in the family house in a private furnished room with TV, Wi-Fi, and internet. Time off is possible by arrangement with the family. We are looking for a caregiver with intermediate German language skills and an empathetic approach.

Caregiving for a 78-year-old senior in a rural area near Dessau-Roßlau. The lady is in very good mental condition, enjoys communicating and playing social games, and is visited by friends every Wednesday for the same purpose. However, due to rheumatism, she is reliant on a wheelchair and requires assistance with daily activities.
Your job responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, dressing, and toilet visits. The lady is partially mobile, can stand briefly, and only needs a hand for support during transfers, so the position does not require physical lifting. The house is fully adapted to her needs, including a stair lift and wheelchair. In addition to personal care, you will be responsible for cooking and maintaining cleanliness in the household. Shopping is not your responsibility, as it is completely handled by the client's sons. Night work is not required.
A very comfortable setup is prepared for the caregiver in the family home – a private room with internet access and a personal bathroom, ensuring ample privacy. The family values a warm and fair approach and is looking for someone who will fit into their household not only professionally but also personally.
