Caregiving is required for an 88-year-old lady and a 90-year-old gentleman. The lady is bedridden and has dementia/Alzheimer's disease, breast cancer, glaucoma, impaired vision, two artificial hips, urinary tract infections, and incontinence. She requires regular diaper changes, repositioning, morning hygiene, and feeding as needed. It is important to ensure adequate fluid intake and record the amounts. A physiotherapist visits her daily. Lifting is necessary for the lady, and a stair lift is available.
The gentleman is 90 years old, uses a walker, and has knee problems. He needs assistance with dressing, household tasks, shopping, and possibly getting up after a fall. Otherwise, he is oriented and more independent.
The job involves personal care for the lady, repositioning, diaper changes, lunch preparation, cooking, shopping, assisting the gentleman, and general household tasks. The gentleman prepares breakfast and dinner. Night care for the lady is rarely needed, for example, during a muscle cramp. Night care for the gentleman is not required.
The caregiver resides in their own 40 m² guest room in a family house, equipped with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair, TV, and internet. Free time is by agreement. The family has a dog.

We are looking for a caregiver for a 79-year-old senior living with his wife in a family home in the town of Velbert (Postal Code 42555). The start date is 23.07.2026. Currently, only the senior is returning home from the hospital, as his wife is still hospitalized, and it is not yet known when she will return. The compensation is 80€ per day for caring for one person, and it will increase to 100€ per day for caring for both spouses upon the wife's return.
The senior is 170 cm tall, weighs approximately 75 kg, and has early-stage dementia. He was recently hospitalized due to a sodium deficiency in his body, is currently very weakened, walks only with assistance, and aims to gradually regain mobility. He requires help with walking, visiting the toilet, showering, and other daily activities.
The job includes preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, light housekeeping, assistance with personal hygiene, accompanying during walks, and support with daily activities. An outpatient care service also visits the household to provide medical care. Nighttime on-call availability is required as needed.
A cat lives in the household, and it needs to be fed in the morning. We are looking for a caregiver with a good command of the German language. A driver's license is not required. Smoking is allowed only outside the house.

Care for an 82-year-old senior woman (50 kg, 160 cm) who is relatively physically fit and moves independently but suffers from early-stage dementia and general age-related weakness. She also has high blood pressure. She manages toilet use independently, but personal hygiene requires reminders and occasional support depending on her current condition. It is important to supervise regular hydration and maintain daily routines. Morning and evening medication administration, as well as dressing and undressing of compression stockings, are provided by an external nursing service. Night care is not required.
Daily support includes assistance with household tasks, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shared dining, ideally with the active participation of the senior. Shopping can be handled by the family or with support, as shops are within walking distance and shopping can be combined with a walk. Companionship, conversation, maintaining routines, leisure activities, and walks are important. The senior lives alone in a family house, with accommodation provided in a furnished room with a private bathroom and internet access. Free time arrangements are made in agreement with the family.
